Refund Policy

All of our pre-loved items are carefully accessed and labelled by the condition in the description under 'condition' and 'notes', so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

We do NOT refund for change of mind, however we are happy to exchange or offer a Precious Picks Preloved credit note.
Please note that return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Please inspect your order upon receiving, if you believe you have received a faulty item or one that was not as described, please contact us immediately and we will ensure we do our best to make it right.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of an outcome.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your refund to process, if it's been over 14 days since approval please email us or send us a message on our socials.
